🗓️ Day 1: Hyderabad – Srisailam (Distance: ~215 km / 5-6 hrs)
You will be picked up in the early morning from Hyderabad by an AC vehicle and begin your spiritual journey to Srisailam, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva nestled in the Nallamala Hills. Enjoy the scenic drive through forest roads and hilly terrain. On arrival at Srisailam, check in to your hotel and refresh. Later, proceed for darshan at Sri Bhramaramba **Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple**, where Lord Shiva is worshipped as Mallikarjuna and Goddess Parvati as Bhramaramba, making it one of the rare temples where a Jyotirlinga and Shakti Peeth coexist. After darshan, visit **Sikharam** (the highest point of Srisailam) for panoramic views, and then proceed to **Paladhara Panchadhara**, the holy water streams believed to have been visited by Adi Shankaracharya. Evening at leisure or optional light sound & laser show near Pathala Ganga if available. Dinner and overnight stay at Srisailam.
🗓️ Day 2: Srisailam – Hyderabad (Return)
After breakfast, visit **Akkamahadevi Caves** via a boat ride from **Pathala Ganga** (subject to water levels and time availability) – an ancient cave shrine dedicated to the mystic saint Akkamahadevi. Later, explore **Srisailam Dam**, a major engineering marvel on the Krishna River, and take a few memorable photographs. After completing the sightseeing, check out and start your return journey to Hyderabad. En route, you may stop at Octopus View Point for forest views and a peaceful break. Arrive back in Hyderabad by evening and get dropped at your preferred location, marking the end of your spiritual and scenic Srisailam tour.
